1. The short version
OurTales is a digital service. We don't sell or send any physical product, so nothing is shipped to you, there's no courier, no delivery address to give us, and no shipping charge. Access to what you've paid for starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
2. What you receive, and when
When you pay for a plan, your page goes live and your plan period starts the moment the payment is confirmed. This is automatic for online payments, so in the normal case it happens within moments of the payment going through. The plan period is counted from that confirmation: 30 days for a 1-month plan, 182 days for 6 months, 365 days for 12 months, and with no end date for an Invitation page. If you renew while you still have time left on your plan, the new period is added after your current end date, so you don't lose any time you've already paid for.
3. How you get access
There's nothing to download or wait to receive in the post. Your page is delivered as a link, ourtales.in/yourname, and you manage it from your account Dashboard, where you can edit it as often as you like during your plan. You'll see the page as live there as soon as payment is confirmed.
4. If you've paid but your page isn't live
Wait a minute or two and refresh your Dashboard. If your page still isn't live, contact us at ourtales03@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with your account email and, if you have it, your payment ID. We'll check and activate it, or, if you were charged in error, handle it as set out in our refund policy.
5. Products sold on Shop pages
Shop pages let sellers list their own products. When a customer places an order, OurTales records it and passes it to the shop. Any physical goods are sold, packed and delivered by the shop owner, not by OurTales. We don't ship, hold or deliver those goods, and we don't take, check or guarantee payment for them — the buyer pays the seller directly — so shipping times, charges, payment and delivery questions about a product are between you and the shop owner.
