Cancellation & Refunds

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. The short version

Plans are paid upfront for a fixed period and don't auto-renew — there's no recurring charge to cancel. Once a payment for a plan goes through, it's non-refundable, in line with the "Refunds" section of our Terms & Conditions. The details below explain exactly what that means for each plan.

2. Story and Shop plans — 1, 6, or 12 months

These are one-time payments that activate your page for a fixed period: 30 days (1 month), 182 days (6 months), or 365 days (12 months) from the moment payment is confirmed. There's no automatic renewal — when the period ends, your page comes down until you choose to pay again.

Because there's no recurring billing, there's nothing to "cancel" ahead of time. Once your payment is confirmed and your page goes live, that payment is final — we don't offer partial refunds for time you don't end up using, even if you stop using your page or take it down yourself before the period ends.

3. Invitation pages — one-time, forever

Invitation pages are a single one-time payment with no expiry and nothing to renew. As with other plans, this payment is non-refundable once it's confirmed.

4. If we discontinue your page for a Terms violation

If your page is discontinued because it violates our Terms — for example under "Taking a page offline" or "Shops and orders" in our Terms — no refund is given for the remaining period, whether that page was discontinued temporarily or permanently.

5. Billing errors

The one exception to all of the above: if you're genuinely charged in error — for example, charged twice for the same plan, or charged an incorrect amount because of a fault on our end — contact us and we'll investigate and refund the error. This isn't a change-of-mind refund; it's specifically for mistakes.

6. How to request a refund

Email us at ourtales03@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your account email and, if you have it, your Razorpay payment ID. We'll confirm whether it qualifies under this policy and let you know either way.
