Do I need to know coding or design?+
No. You answer a few questions and add your products. OurTales builds the shop, and you can change anything later.
How do my customers pay?+
Customers send their order to your WhatsApp from your shop, with the items, delivery address and total already written in. You tell them how to pay, and they pay you directly.
Can I hide the price and take enquiries instead?+
Yes. For any product you can switch off the price and show an "Enquire on WhatsApp" button. It opens a chat with you, product name already written in.
Who delivers the orders?+
You do, with your own courier partner. When you mark an order shipped, you write an update for your customer (a tracking link, a delivery date) and we email it to them.
Do my customers get updates?+
Yes. If your customer gives an email, OurTales emails them when you accept, pack and ship their order, and when it is delivered, from your shop's name. You can always message them on WhatsApp too.
Can I run it from my phone?+
Yes. Adding products, accepting orders and changing your shop all work on your phone.
